Shanker Group became part of casting foundry under the name of Puneet Steels & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. in 2008. It is located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. It is spread across an area of 10,000 sq. yards. Its current annual production is 5,500 MT and it has an installed capacity of 8,000 MT. The company is open to expand as per customer requirements.
The company manufactures different grades of castings such as ductile iron, grey iron, steel, and manganese castings.
The company is equipped with huge melting capacity in various batches. It has Induction Furnaces of 0.5, 1.5, and 3.0 MT crucible capacity with two power backups of ABB (models: ITM-4 & ITM-5).
The mould shop is divided into two sections.
The company is using Shell Core, Co2 Core, Oil Core, No Bake Core.
This shop is equipped with Shot Blasting machine, chipping hammer, flexible, pedestal, pencil & swing frame, grinder. All casting are carried by monorail Hoist and track-trolley system. Sufficient area has been provided to handle knocking and recalculating sand by underground conveyors to hopper.
The company has fully automatic sand plant comprising with shakeout, hot sand conveyor, return & fresh sand hopper, polygonal screen, dead clay extractor, intensive sand mixer & screw feeder for ingredients dozing.
